Initial consultation

We start by understanding your vision, your household, and how you want the space to work. Together we define scope, priorities, and what a successful project looks like.

Architectural drawings
& permits

We hone in on your needs and preferences, then develop detailed elevations and secure the necessary permits. This drawing set becomes the wireframe that gets the rest of the project underway.

Step 3

Interior design & planning

Our team selects finishes, colours, tiles, and fixtures to create a cohesive design story, presented to you in person. The phase closes with a complete package: elevations, cabinetry drawings, and links to every fixture.

Build & Deliver

With drawings, permits, and finishes in place, we lead the build through a single point of contact, coordinating trades, timelines, and inspections. We handle every aspect through to the final touches.
