Julie, a talented interior designer and contractor, and Chris, a seasoned contractor and project manager, have transformed countless homes into dream spaces using their expertise and passion for home design & construction.

Our journey began with a genuine passion for design and home renovations, and a shared love for transforming spaces. Inspired by the surge of creativity and innovation watching popular home renovation tv shows, we decided to take a leap and renovate our own home. What started as a personal project quickly caught the attention of neighbours, leading to requests for advice, ideas, and eventually hands-on renovation work.
Starting as a customer shed light on the missing pieces and opportunities within the world of construction. We both agreed: “There has to be a better way”.
Fifteen years later, Waterfront Homes has evolved into a full-service home contracting company, specializing in comprehensive renovations and new home construction. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional craftsmanship and personalized service to every client, whether it's for a kitchen makeover or a complete home transformation.
